Dear Chloe,
Today is your 2nd birthday! It is amazing that another year has gone by and we are celebrating again! We have treasured every minute of watching you become a toddler and getting to know you more. In the last year you have grown, changed, and learned so much. You are constantly amazing us with how smart you are. You can count to 10 (working on 15), spell your name, you know your colors and can identify/say most of the letters of the alphabet. You are saying new words every day, and you are always showing us more and more of your cute little personality! You love to laugh and be silly. You have the cutest cheshire cat smile you give when you are showing off or are proud of something. You love to scream and squeal and make noises when you're excited, and you melt your Daddy's heart when you squeal with glee when he gets home from work. We are always smiling when you're around. You are very sweet and loving. You love to give kisses and hugs. This morning when I came to get you out of your crib to sing you "Happy Birthday," you smiled and said "a kiss?"(as if I had forgotten the most important thing :) When you give hugs, you pat us on the back and/or lay your head on our shoulders. You know just how to put a smile on our faces and make us feel like the luckiest people on Earth. Because we really are. You truly amaze us every day, and we are constantly in awe of how incredibly much we love you. You have brightened our lives and we are so blessed to be your parents. We are SO very thankful for the wonderful gift of YOU. Thank you for being our "Bug!" :)
